The company was established in 1978. The CEO is Mr. Allah Ditta who has started this business with his brothers from manufacturing only one kind of rim (I-e 12 inch rim for Mehran, fx and khyber) with minimum assets and machines. They were pioneer in making that rims in Lahore at that time they had only one selling unit that was at Lahore Railway Station and small factory at Main Gt. Road. Further the business was overtaken by Mr. Allah Ditta & sons only who are currently operating all the functions of the firm.
