Sanpak Engineering Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. was incorporated in August 1993. In mid-1994 Sanpak and Sanden Corporation Japan (A world-renowned manufacturer of Automobile Air-Con systems) signed a Technical Agreement for the transfer of technology for Assembly & Manufacturing of Automobile Air Conditioning Systems in Pakistan.

In Mach 1998, a Joint Venture agreement was signed between Sanden Corporation Japan and local sponsors group. Under the Joint Venture agreement the transfer of technology for manufacturing and assembling of Heat Exchanger Products took place.

Sanpak was the first company in the Automobile Air Conditioning field in Pakistan to introduce R-134(A) Environmental Friendly Refrigerant Gas.

MFC/LEC/Serp Condensers, Hoses/Pipes/Aluminum Fittings, High Performance-Highly Efficient Compressors, Evaporators/Aluminum Radiators, Receiver Driers and HVAC Units.
